Description
The Sr. Marketing Professional is responsible for enhancing and executing marketing initiatives to promote ManpowerGroup and its associated brands. This individual will execute based on strategic direction from marketing and brand leadership. Responsibilities include asset creation direction and management, planning for marketing channels, internal and external communications, campaign management, and performance marketing execution. This role also supports candidate and consultant engagement efforts to drive traffic, conversion, and retention across digital platforms.
Making an Impact
• Design integrated communication and marketing activities with Brand Marketing Leadership.
• Develop and maintain collateral, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Execute campaign tactics that drive candidate and consultant engagement, including funnel optimization and retention marketing.
• Support candidate marketing initiatives by deploying messaging and tactics that enhance the candidate/consultant experience.
• Maintain open communication lines across the organization, providing prompt responses and clear, timely information.
• Write and maintain content for various channels as needed.
• Utilize project management systems for documenting and tracking activities.
• Work with clients and candidates in developing case studies, references, and testimonials.
• Execute and analyze results of marketing campaigns, including candidate flow and engagement metrics.

• HQ/Remote Hybrid
• Collaborate with brand marketing on executing strategy and performance marketing tactics.
• Partner with Marketing teams to execute candidate-focused campaigns.
• Use the marketing tech stack to support campaign execution and reporting.

Qualifications
Required
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years progressive marketing experience
• Detailed knowledge of marketing principles and tactics, strategic planning, integrated marketing, and creative development
• Ability to coordinate and execute high-impact marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
