The Director of Integrated Marketing will work closely with all Marketing functions, both Regionally and Globally, to develop and lead all marketing execution strategies in support of North America and all brands. This role is responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and align with business goals across all channels.

Making an Impact as Director of Integrated Marketing and Design:
• Ensure quality in the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that support brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention across North America.
• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across digital, social, content, and traditional media channels.
• Oversee project management best practices, SOPs and capacity planning in collaboration with digital and brand marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, content, and digital teams, to create and execute campaigns that resonate with target audiences and meet business objectives.
• Oversee the development and deployment of marketing materials, including collateral, thought leadership content, case studies, and promotional assets, ensuring they align with overall brand messaging.
• Drive impact through compelling client presentations designed with visual storytelling and ManpowerGroup PODs at the forefront to increase win likelihood across supported opportunities.
• Partner with the Martech team to optimize marketing automation processes, ensuring effective lead nurturing and customer engagement across digital and in-person events.
• Utilize market and competitive research to inform and refine marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and industry trends
• Provide guidance and support to marketing teams on best practices for content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Lead the development of brand identity guidelines and ensure their consistent application across all marketing materials and channels.
• Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including brand leadership, product teams, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader business goals.
• Integrate with sales teams to understand customer pain points and decision drivers, using these insights to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
• Represent the marketing function in cross-functional meetings, providing input on how marketing initiatives can support and drive business objectives.
• Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute high-impact marketing campaigns and events.
People Leadership:
• Lead a team of 5 to 10 - Manages Marketing Implementation, Experiential & Event Marketing, Design, Content, and PR teams
Your Typical Day and Other Key Details:
• Collaborate with Marketing (50%)
• Collaboration with the brands (30%)
• Leading Integrated Marketing Strategy and Execution (20%)
• Potential for Travel up to 25%
• Ability to work outside the standard workday as needed to support deadlines, international meetings, etc.
Required:
• B.A. degree with a solid understanding of sales enablement concepts and experience in sales acceleration execution and data analysis.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a related sales performance or enablement role.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong skills in MS Office products: Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and familiar with OneDrive
