Job Description:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyse data from digital marketing campaigns, web analytics, and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Reporting &a Visualization: Create, update, and maintain reports to track the performance of digital marketing activities (e.g., social media, email, search engine marketing). Assist in the visualization of data using tools like Tableau to make insights easy to understand and share with key stakeholders.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of digital campaigns across various channels (search, social, email, display ads, etc.) and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Optimization Recommendations: Assist in identifying trends and insights from data to recommend optimizations for digital marketing campaigns, website performance, and user experience.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with team members across different departments to gather insights, provide data, and help optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Tool & Process Improvement: Assist with the implementation and improvement of digital marketing tools, processes, and systems to enhance team efficiency and data accuracy.
- Learning & Development: Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and analytics. Actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge in analytics, digital marketing strategies, and marketing technologies.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Data Analytics).
- Basic knowledge or understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, display advertising).
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Adobe, SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets).
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to process and interpret large datasets.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and data-driven recommendations.
- A passion for learning and growing in the field of digital marketing and analytics.
- English and Spanish languages required
Preferred Experience: 3-5 years:
- Exposure to digital marketing platforms and campaigns (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads,
- Facebook Ads, email marketing tools).
- Knowledge of B2B marketing is a plus.
