Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Delhi, India. The Designer will create visual concepts and layouts for print and digital media, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements across MTL’s diverse business lines. Responsibilities include collaborating with product, marketing, and technology teams, translating briefs into compelling designs, and preparing artwork for production and digital deployment. The role involves iterating on feedback from stakeholders, maintaining consistency across campaigns, and supporting the design needs of fintech, secure solutions, and commercial print projects. The Designer will also stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance visual quality and user experience.
Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills for print and digital media, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, or similar).
• Experience creating marketing and communication materials such as brochures, presentations, banners, and social media creatives.
• Ability to translate complex technical or financial concepts into clear, engaging visual content.
• Attention to detail in preparing artwork for production, including file formats, specifications, and quality checks.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in fintech, printing, secure solutions, or enterprise technology environments is an advantage.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work across print and digital channels.
