As we continue to expand our integrations ecosystem, we are seeking a Software Engineer to develop and optimize our integrations platform.

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our integrations platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and highly performant. You will leverage your expertise in Go, C#, and .NET to architect solutions that enable seamless connectivity between our core platform and external services. This is a high-impact role where you will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive the success of our integration strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing integrations to Third-parties including API and on-premise installed databases.
• Working with Third-party data and performing ETL processes to normalize data.
• Lead the design and implementation of API and webhooks that facilitate seamless integration experiences.
• Optimize and enhance the integration platform and desktop applications for reliability, performance, and ease of maintenance.
• Evaluate and implement best practices for API versioning, authentication, and data security.
• Drive engineering excellence by mentoring team members, reviewing code, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product and partner teams to understand integration needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and partners.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for innovative technologies that enhance our integration platform.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on integrations, API development, and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go, C#, and .NET, with hands-on experience building production-grade applications.
• Experience managing an integrations platform, including API gateways, event-driven architectures, and third-party service integrations.
• Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful and gRPC APIs, with an understanding of authentication mechanisms (AWS Cognito, OAuth, JWT, API keys).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and experience deploying scalable services in cloud environments. AWS experience preferred.
• Experience with message queues and event-driven architecture (SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (Dynamo, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate technical complexity and drive solutions independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience mentoring engineers and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments with a focus on B2B integrations.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with serverless architectures and API gateways (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, or similar).
• Knowledge of observability tools for monitoring integrations (AWS X-Ray, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs showcasing integration expertise.
