Role Description

The Graphic Design Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. This role involves creating visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and website imagery aligned with MaMo Techplus brand standards. The Graphic Design Specialist will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop concepts that support lead generation and branding initiatives, translating ideas into clear, engaging visual designs. Daily responsibilities include designing logos and brand elements, refining layouts, performing image editing and optimization, and preparing files for production. The role also includes maintaining design consistency across channels, meeting project deadlines, and contributing creative input to enhance overall campaign impact.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design, 3D Design, modeling, packaging, and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing for optimizing photos and visual assets for various platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is beneficial.
• Relevant experience in marketing or agency environments and familiarity with B2B marketing concepts are advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting are required.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
