About Mammoth Brands
Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry's Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry's, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. We're building a new model—and home—brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples' lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to "Create Things People Like More." Simply put: everything we do should be better than what already exists. If it's not, we don't do it. This guides everything we do, from developing the best product experiences, to making Mammoth Brands a great place to work, to exploring innovative ways to give back to our community.
We got our start in 2013 when our co-founders created Harry's. We built the brand differently—online first, prioritizing direct relationships with customers—and in the process learned they'd created something bigger: a playbook and platform that could help other brands grow and scale to their full potential, and a vision to reimagine consumer packaged goods. Today, Mammoth Brands is a growing portfolio of brands and the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: to create a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. As a company, we're also committed to making a positive impact and have donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.
About the Team
Lume is seeking an Executive Assistant who will work in close partnership with senior leaders and employees across Lume. Because the team interacts with almost everyone at Lume, so, too, will the Executive Assistant.
About the Role
The Executive Assistant will report to the Executive Operations Manager and support the company's Executive Team. The Executive Assistant will serve as an essential partner to the team, providing direct administrative support and taking ownership over key org-wide processes. Our leaders approach their work with a "roll up your sleeves and get it done" mentality, and the Executive Assistant will help them leverage their capacity more strategically. Day-to-day tasks may range from administrative work like scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and taking notes, to more strategic work such as organizing team events, managing projects, and ensuring follow through on next steps. Above all else, the Executive Assistant must be highly proactive, anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and solving problems before the team even notices them. This highly organized, endlessly resourceful person will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
The line isn't always clearly defined, but we expect the Executive Assistant to spend about 75% on administrative work in support of the Executive Team, and 25% working on org-wide initiatives as directed by the Executive Operations Manager. Because the role (and our team!) is so dynamic, this person must possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
What you will accomplish:
This should describe you:
You're a strong collaborator: You're willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, like the executives you'll support. You're able to work with stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds. You thrive on direct feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.
You have a sense of humor: We take our work seriously and ourselves un-seriously.
Here's who you'll work with:
This person will spend the majority of their time working from home but can expect to travel about twice per quarter, for an estimated duration of 2-3 days at a time. Candidates must be located within the US Central Time Zone or be willing to adjust working hours to match standard CT working hours.
Benefits and perks
We can't quantify all of the intangible things we think you'll love about working at Mammoth Brands, like the exciting challenges we tackle, the smart and humble team you'll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $64,000-$80,000 (Tier 3).
The final compensation offer will ultimately be based on several considerations, such as the candidate's location, skill level and experience. For candidates located outside of the target geographic area, base salary hiring ranges will be adjusted accordingly. This role is primarily hiring candidates in our Tier 3 geographic areas.Eligible states: AZ, CA, CO, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA
Tier 1: NYC Metro Area
Tier 2: Boston, D.C., & Seattle
Tier 3: All other eligible US cities
