About The Team

As a member of the Mambu Data Insights team, you will play a key role in building and scaling our data platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Building data processing solutions to handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Developing and optimizing data models within our data lakehouse environment.
Implementing and improving infrastructure as code for data platform components.
Contributing to the operational stability and monitoring of the data platform.
Collaborating with product managers and other engineers to understand data needs and deliver solutions that enable data-driven insights for our customers.
Assisting with the integration of the data platform with other internal systems.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in data engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in Python.
Experience working with data lakes or data warehousing concepts.
Experience working within cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with data modeling and building ETL/ELT pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Delta Lake or Apache Iceberg.
Experience with Java.
Experience operating large-scale data lakes.
Experience with Apache Spark.
Familiarity with machine learning or large language models concepts.
