What You’ll Do

Build software that resolves real life fintech problems for a high number of customers and impacting millions of end-users, worldwide.
Deal with complex calculations which require a high degree of logical thinking on top of technical skills.
Lead end-to-end feature delivery from design to planning, implementation and deployment.
Identify, propose and contribute to/coordinate architectural improvements.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years experience working in Java
Object Orientation: Design Patterns and SOLID principles.
Be highly adaptable and demonstrate ability to work independently
Integration/E2E (e.g. test containers, Playwright) testing knowledge;
Experience with TDD
Advanced knowledge of RDBMSes (e.g. MySQL);
Handling large datasets efficiently, both in Java and Databases
Exposure to AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
Knowledge of scalable and resilient application architecture
Performance testing knowledge (e.g. Gatling), skills of investigating and addressing performance issues (eg. Dynatrace)
Know-how of writing your own tests (i.e.: integration tests, end-to-end tests and so on)
Able to take ownership of customer issues reported while on-call and manage the problems through to resolution
