Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic QA Director to lead the Quality Assurance function for Majesco’s P&C Insurance product, a flagship solution serving the US insurance market. This leadership role, based in India, will be responsible for overseeing all QA activities related to product enhancement and sustenance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software across distributed teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, domain knowledge, and leadership capabilities, with a proven track record in managing QA operations for complex insurance platforms.
