Position Overview

Maison No.3 is seeking a creative, organised, and strategically minded Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of digital communication across the House and the brands entrusted to it.

This role extends beyond publishing content. It is responsible for transforming brand strategy into meaningful digital conversations, building engaged communities, maintaining editorial consistency, and ensuring that every platform reflects the quality and standards of the Maison.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with structure, understands contemporary digital culture, and translates ideas into compelling digital narratives that support brand growth and business objectives.

The successful candidate will:

• Build and grow engaged digital communities across multiple platforms.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality content that reflects the standards of the Maison.
• Translate brand strategy into measurable digital performance.
• Strengthen the visibility and reputation of Maison No.3 and the brands it represents.
• Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining exceptional execution standards.

Areas of Responsibility

Strategy & Planning

• Develop comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Build monthly content calendars across multiple brands and platforms.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment and timely execution.

Content Creation & Management

• Plan, create, schedule, publish, and optimise content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Write engaging captions and coordinate content with the Editorial and Design teams.
• Maintain consistency in tone, visual identity, and brand communication.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives.

Community Management

• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions across all platforms.
• Foster meaningful audience engagement and strengthen brand relationships.
• Respond professionally to customer queries and escalate concerns where necessary.

Analytics & Performance

• Track platform performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor engagement, reach, audience growth, and content performance.
• Recommend improvements based on platform analytics, audience behaviour, and emerging trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Design, Editorial, Image, Performance Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure seamless execution across departments.
• Contribute creative ideas that enhance brand storytelling and digital engagement.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using content scheduling, publishing, and analytics platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, fashion, jewellery, hospitality, or premium brands.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Notion, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Fair understanding of photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience collaborating with content creators and influencers.
• Understanding of paid social media campaigns and platform optimisation.
• Demonstrates a refined eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and luxury brand communication.
