We are looking for an entrepreneurially-minded, passionate Digital Marketer and Account Manager for our boutique, full-service Marketing Consulting Firm. This individual will be responsible for working directly with clients on their marketing efforts, and executing against marketing programs that support the client’s strategic and business goals. The role is best suited towards an individual who is a self-starter, is passionate about B2B marketing and forming client relationships, strong project management skills, and has an ability to understand how individual programs fit into an overall marketing plan.
This is a full time remote (New England area) position working business hours Monday-Friday with occasional travel for client meetings and internal team events. Benefits are: paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), short- & long-term disability, life insurance and 401k.
Primary Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on, tactical execution of outbound/inbound digital marketing efforts (may include management of ABM programs, partner and/or channel programs, paid ads such as LinkedIn and Google AdWords, Hubspot, etc.)
- Managing and optimizing client websites via WordPress
- Scheduling and publishing social media plans/programs
- Developing and managing email and integrated campaigns (e.g. webinars, nurturing programs, event promotions)
- Developing and executing against digital and demand generation programs
- Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Managing relationships and communicating project process and requirements with internal and client audiences
- Pulling monthly performance metrics and conducting metrics analysis to inform client program recommendations and campaign optimizations
- Managing or advising the team on other facets of digital marketing (e.g. SEO, paid search)—working with our team’s experts who specialize in those areas
- Being proactive in identifying new approaches, tools, and programs to meet client objectives
- Managing monthly and annual client budgets and reporting against them throughout the year, ensuring we are on track and facilitating the resolution of any areas where we may be off
- Developing monthly plans for client retainers, allocating hours of effort for the team to execute the defined marketing plan
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 2+ years of experience consulting and/or agency experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, including some experience with content development
- B2B experience required; tech-sector experience is preferred
- Highly tech savvy and forward thinking, experience with Generative AI
- Experience with Marketing Automation and CRMs (Hubspot preferred), Wordpress, Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude, preferred
- New England based, ability to work remotely and travel for team, client and marketing events on occasion
