Graphic Designer | 4–5 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of experience to elevate our brand’s visual identity and storytelling.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and high-performing creatives across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience.
If you have strong design fundamentals, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate business goals into impactful visuals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Identity
- Develop and evolve a distinct and cohesive visual language
- Maintain consistency across color, typography, imagery, and design systems
Design Execution
- Create high-quality assets for websites, landing pages, paid ads, social media, and email campaigns
Campaign & Content Creation
- Conceptualize and design for campaigns, launches, and key brand initiatives
- Deliver creatives that balance aesthetic appeal with performance
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing and Performance teams
- Translate business objectives into effective visual outputs
Trend Awareness
- Stay updated on beauty, fashion, and digital design trends
- Continuously bring fresh and relevant creative ideas
Asset Management
- Organize and maintain a structured library of design assets
Skills & Experience
Design Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a plus
Aesthetic Sensibility
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, and typography
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred
Performance-Oriented Thinking
- Ability to create designs that drive engagement and conversions
Attention to Detail
- High level of precision and consistency in execution
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Additional Preferences
- Experience with performance marketing creatives
- Understanding of short-form content trends (Reels, TikTok)
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
