They’re looking for an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to deepen customer relationships and drive long-term retention. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail, apparel, or CPG eCommerce environments, and who knows how to use data-driven marketing to engage customers and scale revenue.
The Role
You’ll manage and optimize the company’s email marketing and SMS marketing programs, using tools like Klaviyo, Wunderkind, and Shopify. You’ll build customer lifecycle campaigns, optimize CRM flows, and analyze retention data to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns that drive retention and conversions
- Build segmentation strategies, automated flows, and customer lifecycle journeys
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver on-brand, high-converting campaigns
- Run A/B tests and analyze results across open rates, CTR, and conversions
- Maintain deliverability and compliance standards
- Manage campaign calendars and cross-functional retention projects
- Provide actionable insights through retention and lifecycle reporting
- Support broader initiatives such as homepage updates and testing new retention channels
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing, with deep experience in email/SMS retention marketing
- Proven success at high-growth DTC or eCommerce brands (retail, apparel, or CPG preferred)
- Proficient with Klaviyo, Wunderkind, Shopify, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with excellent project management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
