We’re a fast-growing beauty brand on Shopify looking for a D2C Marketing Manager with global exposure to lead the brand end to end. This is a leadership role where you’ll be managing the team, driving marketing strategy, and owning the entire creative output across campaigns, content, and digital channels.
You’ll be the bridge between product, marketing, creative, operations, and external partners — ensuring consistent growth and building a beauty brand that resonates worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across marketing, creative, and operations.
- Own global marketing strategy across paid, organic, and retention channels.
- Manage the entire creative output: campaigns, social, packaging, website, and media assets.
- Oversee Shopify operations including product launches, merchandising, and reporting.
- Drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty using best-in-class D2C tactics.
- Set budgets, track KPIs, and analyze performance across campaigns and markets.
- Manage external agencies/freelancers to scale content and creative.
- Keep a pulse on beauty and D2C trends to bring fresh, globally relevant ideas.
Who You Are
- 5–8 years in marketing/brand management, ideally in beauty, fashion, or consumer lifestyle.
- Proven global exposure — experience running campaigns across multiple regions.
- Hands-on Shopify and eCommerce background with strong digital marketing know-how.
- A creative leader who can guide designers, copywriters, and marketers, while rolling up your sleeves when needed.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to connect insights to action.
- Hustler mentality: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable moving fast with limited resources.
