Role summary
We're looking for a performance-obsessed, analytically sharp Growth Marketing Manager
to join our fast-growing team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in
e-commerce, owns performance reporting, and is relentless in finding and unlocking new growth
opportunities through deep analysis and strategic insight.We’re a lean, entrepreneurial team
powering an 8-figure e-commerce business. That means every team member makes a direct

You’ll be the engine behind our growth strategy — working across platforms like Meta, Google,
Amazon, TikTok, Chewy, and Walmart — and you'll lead relationships with our agencies to make
sure our ad dollars work smarter, harder, and better.
About Us
We’re a multi-brand, DTC-first pet products company with a large recurring revenue base
through subscriptions. Our products are sold online via Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, and
TikTok Shop. We’re scaling fast and obsessed with performance — this role is critical to keeping
that momentum going.
What You’ll Do:
● Own the performance and strategy for all paid acquisition channels — Google, Meta,
TikTok, Amazon Ads, Walmart, Chewy, and more.
● Manage agency relationships to ensure they are hitting KPIs, asking the right questions,
and always pushing for better results.
● Report directly to the CEO and serve as the main point person for analyzing and
communicating sales and marketing performance.
● Track and report daily, weekly, monthly sales, plus week-over-week (WoW),
month-over-month (MoM), and year-over-year (YoY) trends.
● Monitor and report on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and performance by channel, helping drive
real-time strategic decisions at the highest level.
● Dig into GA4, Triple Whale, and platform dashboards daily to uncover trends,
inefficiencies, and opportunities.
● Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and continuously test landing pages, funnels,
and ad creative performance.
● Partner closely with our creative, retention, and product teams to align performance
strategy with brand and business goals.
● Build and iterate on full-funnel strategies — from awareness to retention — using a deep
understanding of customer behavior.
● Drive innovation by applying past learnings, testing new platforms, and experimenting
with new formats, offers, and targeting approaches.
● Manage and grow our presence on marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Chewy), handling
both paid and organic strategies.
What We’re Looking For
● 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, with direct ownership of paid strategy
across multiple DTC and marketplace channels.
● Deep analytical skills — you live in the numbers, spot inefficiencies quickly, and ask
sharp questions that lead to smarter decisions.
● Experience working with tools like GA4, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Shopify, TikTok Shop,
Amazon Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
● Proven experience managing agencies, holding them accountable to KPIs, and pushing
them to perform.
● Strong marketplace knowledge (Amazon, Walmart, Chewy) and a solid understanding of
how to scale growth in those ecosystems.
● You’re curious, relentless, and highly action-oriented — someone who thrives in
fast-paced, high-growth environments.
● Bonus: Experience working in subscription-based e-commerce models or with pet
brands.
