The Role
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team at magicplan. This role will focus on positioning our product in the market, shaping customer-facing narratives, and ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) strategy aligns with customer needs.
You’ll play a key role in bridging product, sales, and marketing, ensuring our messaging resonates with customers, our launches are impactful, and our story reflects the real-world challenges and aspirations of our users.

- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value of magicplan in the SaaS and restoration ecosystem.
- Join key customer conversations to build credibility and act as a strategic escalation point when deep expertise is needed.
- Constantly surface trends, challenges, and shifts from the market to inform product direction and market messaging.
- Translate product capabilities and customer insights into compelling narratives for multiple audiences (field professionals, managers, C-level).
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define and execute GTM strategies for product launches, feature releases, and campaigns.
- Partner with Sales to track enablement effectiveness and continuously refine messaging based on win/loss insights.
- Represent magicplan with authenticity and conviction at industry events, trade shows, webinars, roundtables (like our Capture series), and through social media thought leadership.
Who You Are
- Experienced Marketer: 4-6 years of experience in Product Marketing.
- Storyteller: Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into simple, compelling stories.
- Customer-Centric: Adept at uncovering customer insights and turning them into actionable messaging.
- Strategic & Hands-On: Able to design GTM strategies and execute them with attention to detail.
- Collaborative: Comfortable working across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams in an international, remote-first environment.
What Sets You Apart
- Experience in industries like restoration, construction, or insurance technology.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics, go-to-market strategies, and software lifecycle planning.
- Experience with product launches, field enablement, or contributing to product advisory boards.
- Experience producing or contributing to industry content (blogs, presentations, whitepapers, etc.).
