Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team, focusing on designing engaging creatives for social media, restaurant marketing materials, menu designs, and POS (Point of Sale) marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, and digital marketing trends, and the ability to create visually compelling content that enhances customer engagement and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Creatives: Design eye-catching graphics for restaurant promotions, campaigns, special offers, and seasonal events across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Menu & POS Designs: Develop creative and well-structured menus, posters, standees, tent cards, and other promotional materials for in-restaurant marketing.
- Marketing Collateral: Create brochures, flyers, banners, digital ads, and other promotional materials aligned with the brand’s identity.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team, marketing managers, and restaurant operations to develop creative concepts that align with campaign goals.
- Video & Motion Graphics (Optional but Preferred): Develop engaging short-form video content, GIFs, or motion graphics for social media.
- Print & Digital Coordination: Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
- Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
- Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects – optional but preferred).
- Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
- Skills Required:
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
- Experience in designing marketing materials for both digital and print media.
- Ability to create engaging social media visuals and animations.
- Understanding of restaurant branding and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
- Additional Preferences:
- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
- Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is an added advantage.
