We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Omni-Channel Marketing Manager to own and scale our presence across established and emerging digital channels. This role combines community-driven engagement (including Reddit, niche forums, Discord, and beyond) with targeted campaigns, data-driven creative testing, and a human-first, AI-assisted approach to content creation.

What you will do:
Strategy and planning
Develop and execute an omni-channel growth strategy across social, search, community forums, content networks, and email or SMS.
Identify and prioritize high-ROI channels: Reddit, Quora, niche industry forums, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging 2025 platforms.
Create geo-targeted campaigns with messaging and creative tailored for specific markets.
Team collaboration and leadership
Partner with the CRO, email marketing team and content team, to align marketing initiatives with conversion optimization goals, ensuring a seamless path from acquisition to revenue.
Manage and mentor the Social Media Coordinator, overseeing platform strategies, content calendars, and engagement tactics in line with broader marketing goals.
Community and forum marketing
Lead authentic engagement in Reddit AMAs, subreddit discussions, and community threads to build trust and brand authority.
Participate in and moderate conversations on niche forums, Discord servers, Product Hunt, G2, Trust Pilot, and Slack communities.
Create content that feels native to each community and encourages organic sharing.
Performance marketing and measurement
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, with growth into Microsoft Ads, programmatic DSPs, and social ad platforms.
Track funnel performance and attribution using GA4, Mixpanel, MS Clarity, and similar analytics tools.
Improve conversion rates through CRO best practices, heatmapping, and session replay analysis.
SEO, content, and partnerships
Work with the SEO team to develop strategies and tactics, including semantic search optimization, AI-assisted content briefs, and EEAT-aligned strategies.
Build partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and affiliate marketers.
Expand reach through syndicated content and work with the SEO team to build authoritative backlinks from targeted communities.
