About Us

Madison9 is a boutique agency specializing in Amazon Creator Connections and affiliate program management. It's the main thing we do. We've built proprietary intelligence into exactly which brands are running campaigns, how their programs are structured, and where they're leaving revenue on the table.

Affiliate marketing is one of the fastest-growing channels in eCommerce, and Amazon's Creator Connections program is still largely untapped by most brands. We're at an inflection point and looking for the right sales partner to grow with us.

The Opportunity

This is a contract-to-full-time role for an experienced sales professional who wants real ownership and upside at an early-stage agency - not just another quota to hit.

The founder brings deep expertise in identifying exactly which brands to target and why. You bring the sales motion. You'll own outreach, qualification, and close - building the pipeline from scratch with a clear, intelligence-driven target market already defined. As revenue scales, this role converts to full-time with compensation to match.

This is the right opportunity if you're between roles, building a freelance book, or looking for something with meaningful upside beyond a salary.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage your own prospect list of eCommerce and Amazon brands that are not yet active - or underperforming on - Creator Connections campaigns
  • Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, and cold call
  • Run discovery conversations to qualify fit and understand each brand's affiliate setup, goals, and gaps
  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract
  • Build and refine the outbound playbook as you go — what's working gets documented and repeated
  • Report on pipeline activity and revenue metrics weekly

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally at a digital marketing, affiliate, or eCommerce agency
  • Proven track record of closing retainer or service-based deals without heavy management oversight
  • Strong prospecting skills - you know how to build a list, find the right contact, and get a response
  • Sharp written and verbal communication - you write like a human, not a pitch deck
  • Self-directed and process-driven - you build your own systems, keep your pipeline clean, and follow up without being asked
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or Instantly is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of Amazon, affiliate marketing, or Creator Connections is a bonus - but hunger to learn it fast is non-negotiable

Compensation & Benefits

  • $2,000-$3,000/month retainer to start
  • 50% of month one retainer value on every deal you close
  • Path to full-time as revenue scales
  • Remote-first
