DATA SCIENTIST - DA NANG/HANOI/HCMC

Position Overview:

As a Data Scientist at Madison Technologies, you are the architect of intelligent solutions. You will blend advanced Data Science with Generative AI techniques to develop products that empower diverse divisions from investment promotion and industry development to core corporate functions. You are not just a model builder; you are a product creator who partners closely with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into high-impact, AI-driven technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Product Development and Research

• Solution Engineer: Collaborate with business users to identify priorities and develop end-to-end solutions using LLMs, predictive modeling, and text analytics to drive measurable business value.
• Applied Research: Investigate and adopt emerging techniques, including Agentic AI, Multi-agent systems, and RAG architectures, to keep our product suite at the cutting edge.
• Data Craftsmanship: Execute comprehensive data wrangling, feature engineering and preprocessing to ensure the integrity and performance of analytical models.

2. AI Integration & Operations

• Intelligence Activation: Lead the end-to-end deployment of models by developing high-performance backend APIs (FastAPI, Flask) and functional interface components. Your goal is to ensure complex AI outputs are interactive, accessible, and seamlessly integrated into user workflows.
• Model Performance Lifecycle: Oversee the operational health of deployed AI products, including AI Assistants and Bots. You will monitor for model drift, ensure high inference performance, and maintain the reliability of "live" intelligence products.
• Data Governance: Ensure AI solutions are secure and compliant by proactively addressing data privacy requirements and technical vulnerabilities in the deployment stack.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field.
• AI/ML Expertise: Strong grasp of regression, classification, and popular Python libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, spaCy).
• Generative AI Mastery: Deep understanding of LLM concepts (context windows, embeddings, chunking) and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
• Technical Stack: Proficient in SQL, Git, and modern programming languages (TypeScript, C#). Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS is highly valued.
• Engineering Skills: Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and full-stack web development.
• Analytical Clarity: Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and a strong ability to present technical concepts in English to global stakeholders.
• Flexible Location: Based at our Da Nang office or remote (available for candidates in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh)
