Compensation & Location

• Salary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month, negotiable for experienced candidates based on skills and expertise.
• Location: Remote work—work from anywhere with a stable internet connection and a computer that’s ready for action.

What you’ll do

• Decode the Brand DNA: Immerse yourself in our clients' worlds—grasp their business, target audience, and brand narrative as if it were your own.
• Analyze and Innovate: Keep a pulse on design trends and competitor visuals to craft unique and impactful designs.
• Design Across Media: Create high-caliber graphics for social media (static and motion for reels/shorts), email templates, presentations, pitch decks, product packaging, and various print materials that tell a story, spark interest, and deliver results.
• Visualize in 3D: Develop compelling 3D mockups of products for marketing and sales.
• Collaborate Like a Pro: Partner with copywriters, UI/UX designers, web developers, and marketers to ensure words and visuals dance perfectly together.
• Perfect Every Pixel: Meticulously refine designs to ensure every detail is polished and impactful.

What you’ll NOT do

User interface and user experience design for websites and apps.

What you bring to the table

• An impressive portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital and print design, including social media graphics, email visuals, and marketing collateral.
• Mastery of design principles, color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Dimension).
• Proven expertise in creating high-quality 3D graphics using Blender (or similar 3D software).
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
• A knack for visual storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Know your way around Figma? Great! If not, we’ll help you learn the ropes.
