About You

You're a digitally-fluent, concept-driven designer who thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment. You're passionate about visual storytelling across platforms-from websites to display ads to social videos-and you're ready to bring fresh creative energy to the table.

You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates not only design skills but sharp conceptual thinking. You know how to take an idea and expand it across a variety of mediums with consistency and flair. You're organized, collaborative, and love transforming strategic input into inspired, user-first creative.

You're a proactive learner, excited about staying current with digital trends, UX principles, and best practices in responsive design. You're comfortable working across web design, UI, animation, and video content. The ideal candidate would be located in the Eastern or Central time zones.

About The Job

This is a dream role for an experienced designer who thrives at the intersection of digital-first thinking and high-impact brand creativity. We're looking for someone who can concept and craft standout campaigns and assets across digital platforms-with an ability to bring them to life in print and video, too.

From full websites and landing pages to digital display ads, social media campaigns, email designs, brand collateral, and interactive content-you'll be creating visually compelling experiences that deliver results.

You'll get to:

  • Take creative ownership of digital-first campaigns and multi-channel projects
  • Conceptualize and design engaging websites, UX-forward landing pages, and responsive web experiences
  • Design a wide range of assets-from digital display ads, social ads, and motion graphics to brochures, pitch proposals, and print layouts
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Developers, and Account Teams
  • Elevate brands through sharp typography, composition, color theory, and storytelling
  • Translate complex ideas and strategic goals into clear, compelling visual executions
  • Design with performance, accessibility, and brand consistency in mind
  • Stay plugged in to digital trends, tools, and best practices-always looking to level-up

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design (or related field) or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, with 3+ years in a creative agency or fast-paced studio environment
  • A strong digital portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and web/digital design excellence
  • Experience designing for web, including wireframes, responsive layouts, and UI considerations
  • Advanced conceptual creative and production skills with a strong understanding of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, and typography
  • Able to complete tasks within tight schedules and under strict layout controls
  • A high degree of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience juggling multiple clients, deadlines, and creative deliverables in an agency or similar environment
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional creative environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills; dependable, detail-oriented, and well organized
  • Strong in-person and virtual client presentation skills
  • Knowledge and passion for animation, AI, illustration and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects) are a plus
