About You
You're a digitally-fluent, concept-driven designer who thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment. You're passionate about visual storytelling across platforms-from websites to display ads to social videos-and you're ready to bring fresh creative energy to the table.
You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates not only design skills but sharp conceptual thinking. You know how to take an idea and expand it across a variety of mediums with consistency and flair. You're organized, collaborative, and love transforming strategic input into inspired, user-first creative.
You're a proactive learner, excited about staying current with digital trends, UX principles, and best practices in responsive design. You're comfortable working across web design, UI, animation, and video content. The ideal candidate would be located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
About The Job
This is a dream role for an experienced designer who thrives at the intersection of digital-first thinking and high-impact brand creativity. We're looking for someone who can concept and craft standout campaigns and assets across digital platforms-with an ability to bring them to life in print and video, too.
From full websites and landing pages to digital display ads, social media campaigns, email designs, brand collateral, and interactive content-you'll be creating visually compelling experiences that deliver results.

About The Interview Process
We like to keep it simple and transparent. Here's what the process may look like:
Round 1: A friendly chat with our Recruiter to get to know you and share more about the role.
Round 2: A discussion with some of the incredible directors on our Creative team.
Round 3: A conversation with the Team Lead(s) to dive deeper into the role and team fit.
