What is it?
The MACH Alliance is looking for a strategically driven and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead and scale strategic and integrated marketing initiatives that position MACH as the defining voice in open modern technologies. This is not just about building campaigns — it’s about driving industry-wide influence through data-backed storytelling, thought leadership, and market engagement.
A key focus (approx. 50% of your time) will be the MACH AI Exchange, our flagship initiative at the intersection of AI and composable architecture. You’ll take ownership of this program from a marketing perspective — from shaping the marketing plan and overseeing the generation of high-value content and delivering measurable campaign outcomes.
The remaining time will be dedicated to broader, high-impact integrated marketing programs — spanning campaign development, online/offline event related content, media, and strategic content aligned to industry trends and audience needs.
You’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and our global ecosystem of members, Ambassadors, Councils, and other digital strategy & technology leaders to ensure every marketing initiative advances MACH’s visibility, authority, and relevance in the enterprise tech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic campaign development across the MACH Alliance ecosystem — designing, executing, and optimizing integrated programs that support growth, executive engagement, and industry impact.
- Own and evolve the MACH AI Exchange, shaping it into a category-leading program for insight, innovation, and influence at the intersection of AI and composable technology.
- Develop data-informed content strategies and thought leadership initiatives that address audience pain points, industry shifts, and emerging themes in MACH adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with ambassadors, task forces, board members, and working groups to align messaging, creative direction, and campaign tactics with business objectives.
- Deliver and optimize multi-channel programs, including digital, events, partner activations, media outreach, and original content — tailored by audience segment, market, and lifecycle stage.
- Track campaign performance and audience insights to continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and channel strategy using HubSpot, CMS tools, and performance dashboards.
- Manage budgets and agency partners to deliver timely, high-quality outputs across creative, content, and technical execution.
- Stay on top of trends in AI, B2B marketing, content, and enterprise tech to evolve MACH's marketing approach.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of strategic marketing experience with a strong track record of leading multi-channel, integrated B2B campaigns — ideally within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise tech sectors. Must have a passion for modern technology and advancements in AI.
- Demonstrable experience managing high-profile programs, thought leadership initiatives, or executive engagement campaigns.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategy, digital channels, content marketing, SEO, and event programming.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to use data and insights to refine campaign strategy and optimize outcomes.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into accessible, audience-first narratives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and project leadership skills.
- Experience managing external marketing vendors and creative partners.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, CMS tools, and marketing performance dashboards (Figma a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
