Position Summary

This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity based anywhere in Pakistan, supporting our client NEOX Networks (neoxnetworks.com) and their global customers. Applicants must meet all critical qualifications listed below, and have access to a computer, a quiet, private workspace with high-speed, uninterrupted internet, reliable power backup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical support for NEOX Networks’ customers and partners during the Pakistan night shift (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, subject to change), five days a week.
  • Develop deep technical expertise in NEOX’s full portfolio of Network Visibility solutions, including Network TAPs, FPGA-based Packet Brokers, High-Speed Packet Capture Appliances, Encryption/Decryption systems, and IDS/IPS/NSM Network Security platforms—along with key partner technologies in network security and observability.
  • Stay up to date with evolving networking technologies, architectures, and industry trends across enterprise, telco, and cloud environments.
  • Work closely with NEOX leadership and sales teams in the U.S. to interpret customer needs and deliver informed technical recommendations.
  • Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements that effectively highlight the capabilities and value of NEOX solutions.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to both business and technical stakeholders, clearly articulating the value proposition of NEOX’s offerings.
  • Engage with customers to understand their visibility and security challenges, design tailored solutions and contribute to successful sales cycles.
  • Lead design and implementation of Network Visibility architectures for data centers, service provider networks, and hybrid/multi-cloud deployments.
  • Collaborate with NEOX engineering, product management, and customer success teams to ensure smooth deployments and incorporate customer feedback into product development.
  • Provide high-quality post-sales technical support, including ownership of customer tickets, in-depth troubleshooting, case management, and coordination with engineering teams for timely resolution.
  • Support on-site customer visits and represent NEOX at industry events and trade shows, as needed.
  • Write and produce high-quality technical content in free time, including presentations, training material, white papers, technical briefs, product demo videos etc.

Required Skills:

  • At least 10 years of experience in networking industry with specialization in Network Monitoring, Network Visibility and Network Security space in a customer-facing role such as sales engineering, customer and technical support.
  • Experience with similar products and vendors such as Gigamon, Ixia, NetScout, Riverbed, Viavi, Endace, cPacket, SolarWinds, Garland, Profitap etc. is highly desirable.
  • Active personality with attention to details and critical thinking.
  • A problem-solver with a deep understanding of network security and a knack for communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and impactful way. Passionate about learning and continuously evolving with the latest in technology and trends.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup, collaborative, low-ego environment where results matter more than titles. You understand the importance of teamwork and actively contribute to a supportive and innovative culture.
  • Fluent with English communication and familiar with customer engagement and meeting etiquettes and customer-first mindset.
