About the engineering and product team

We aim to deliver value through thoughtfully designed products (researched, tested, usable, and iterated) without burning out along the way.

We maintain a strong focus on team experience, ensuring our work remains efficient, sustainable, and collaborative. This means creating maintainable solutions and continuously improving through iteration, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Right now, our team consists entirely of engineers who are highly product-focused. This role will be the first dedicated design role, bringing product thinking and design expertise to the team. You'll work as a full member of the team, collaborating closely with engineers to shape how we build and deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product design, from user research to final UI implementation.
• Contribute to defining and leading solutions to make iDoctus even better.
• Develop intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user experiences.
• Researching, defining, and refining user problems.
• Improve and maintaining the design system.
• Advocate for user-centric solutions, ensuring our products are both functional and engaging.
• Support, mentor, and learn from fellow team members.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with teammates.
• Contribute to and maintain documentation in Notion and other relevant platforms.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Ability to lead projects and drive them to completion.
• Strong product vision and ability to align design with business objectives.
• Deep empathy and ability to understand user needs across different stakeholders.
• Solid UX/UI expertise, ensuring your designs are both intuitive and effective.
• Attention to detail.
• Intermediate English skills.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in English.
• Background in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry.
