Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our passionate team at M-TREAT. This role is ideal for someone eager to make a lasting impact by designing intuitive, user-centered healthcare solutions that redefine the industry. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging, high-impact projects that directly improve healthcare accessibility and efficiency for millions.

Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, for M-TREAT’s digital
products.Creat* e user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Penpot.Condu - ct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.Colla
- borate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation.Devel
- op and maintain a cohesive design system for the platform.Advoc
- ate for user-centered design principles and ensure designs align with the overall product vision.Addre
- ss design challenges with creative and scalable solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Penpot or willingness to master it quickly (prior Figma experience is acceptable).
- UX/UI Mastery: Deep understanding of user experience and interface design principles for web and mobile platforms.
- Healthcare Insight (Bonus): Familiarity with designing for the healthcare or health-tech sector.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex design challenges and deliver user-friendly solutions.
What We Don’t Offer
- No Compensation: This is an unpaid volunteer position(no salary, stipend, or financial benefits will be provided).
- No Equipment: You must use your own computer to complete the work.
- No Direct Supervision: This is a self-driven role where autonomy and initiative are critical.
