We are M+C Saatchi Lebanon, part of the global M+C Saatchi Group, and we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Beirut team.

This role is open to Dubai-based candidates who wish to work remotely with our Lebanon office as well as professionals interested in relocating to Beirut and joining the team on-site.

We are specifically targeting advertising agency talent with strong branding expertise looking to work on high-impact regional and international projects within a global creative network.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer who combines deep expertise in brand identity and print systems with the ability to translate brands into modern digital environments.

In this role, you will lead the development of complete identity systems — from concept to execution — across branding, editorial, packaging, and corporate communications. At the same time, you will help shape how brands evolve into digital ecosystems, motion systems, and AI-enabled workflows.

You are a highly skilled designer with strong typographic craft, modern design sensibility, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build compelling presentations that clearly communicate creative ideas. You will also play a key role in mentoring designers and elevating the overall quality of work across the team.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development of brand identity systems and comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Oversee high-level design execution across branding, editorial design, packaging, and corporate communication materials.
• Ensure strong print production standards and technical accuracy.
• Translate brand strategies into compelling digital and visual storytelling across web and digital platforms.
• Define and execute 2D motion design principles to support presentations and brand expression.
• Build high-impact pitch decks and animated presentations to communicate creative concepts.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools and workflows within a disciplined design process.
• Maintain strong brand consistency across both physical and digital touchpoints.
• Mentor mid-weight and junior designers and support their development.
• Present creative work confidently to clients and clearly articulate the design rationale.

About you

• Strong foundation in brand design, with a high level of craft and attention to detail.
• Solid expertise in typography, layout, and visual identity systems.
• Display a strong contemporary design sensibility and a refined modern aesthetic.
• Ability to translate strategic ideas into clear and cohesive visual concepts.
• Confident presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and open to evolving design tools and technologies, including AI-assisted workflows.

You’ll bring

• 6–10+ years of experience in branding and design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong expertise in typography, layout, and brand identity systems.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality print and editorial design work.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and motion design work.
• Proficiency in After Effects or similar tools for 2D motion.
• Experience building clear and persuasive presentation decks.
• The ability to integrate AI tools into structured design workflows.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Bonus:

• Familiarity with Figma and UI-aware layout systems.
• Experience collaborating with developers on digital projects.
