About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who blends strong visual design with AI-powered workflows and understands how ideas move from screen to set—and back again.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across digital, social, campaigns, and films, collaborates closely with video, shoot, and post-production teams, and uses AI as a creative accelerator—not a shortcut.

You’ll combine traditional design craft with modern AI tools to deliver faster, smarter, and high-quality creative outputs.

What You’ll Do:

Design & Creativity

• Create high-quality visual assets for social media, campaigns, films, pitch decks, and branding
• Design layouts, key visuals, thumbnails, posters, and motion-ready creatives
• Maintain strong brand consistency, visual language, and storytelling

AI-Powered Design

• Use AI tools for:
• Concept exploration & mood boards
• Image generation, enhancement & upscaling
• Rapid design variations and ideation
• Apply prompting basics and visual control
• Polish AI outputs manually (because AI ≠ final design)

Execution & Workflow

• Prepare design files for digital, print, and video formats
• Handle multiple projects and tight timelines with ease
• Collaborate smoothly with production, video, and post teams

What We’re Looking For:

Design Skills

• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Excellent sense of typography, color, composition & layout
• Understanding of social-first and film-first design thinking

AI Skills

• Hands-on experience with:
• AI image generation platforms
• AI upscaling & enhancement tools
• AI-assisted design workflows
• Ability to guide AI with clear creative intent

Production Understanding

• Basic understanding of:
• Aspect ratios, safe areas & motion usage
• How designs translate into motion and on-set environments

Bonus Points If You Have

• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Experience with storyboards or visual scripting
