We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Campaign Manager to design, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has proven expertise with marketing automation, campaign execution, and reporting.

You will partner with product marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned to messaging, personas, and the buyer’s journey. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented—able to craft campaign and messaging frameworks and roll up their sleeves to build emails, ads, landing pages, and nurture tracks.

What you’ll do here:

  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, paid digital, social, ABM, and more) with the goal of driving qualified pipeline.
  • Ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand, personas, and buying stages and campaign workflows are automated.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to request, manage, and traffic creative assets (graphics, copy, video).
  • Build and execute campaigns in HubSpot, including workflows, nurture tracks, and reporting dashboards.
  • Leverage PathFactory, 6sense, and AI to personalize and scale campaign experiences.
  • Manage end-to-end monthly webinar programs, from promotion to execution and follow-up.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights, testing, and industry best practices.
  • Partner closely with sales to ensure campaign follow-up is timely and effective.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4–6 years of B2B account-based marketing campaign management experience (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaign setup, workflows, reporting required).
  • Experience with PathFactory, 6sense, and AI tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas, messaging, and customer journey/buying stages.
  • Proven ability to run webinars, digital advertising, email marketing, and ABM programs.
  • Strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools and operating principles is a must.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking pipeline and revenue metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and adaptable to fast-changing priorities.
  • Get-it done mindset with a panache of grace and humility will go a long way.
