Trade Marketing Manager – North America.

_Expected hiring range: $105,000–$115,000 plus equity and benefits.

_About Us

As the world's most awarded non-alcoholic spirits brand, Lyre’s has built an impressive global presence creating premium alternatives to traditional spirits that don't compromise on taste, quality, or experience.

We're ambitious, entrepreneurial, and laser focused on growth. From major retailers and national chains to leading bars, restaurants, and hospitality groups, we're building a brand that's leading the most exciting categories in beverage.

We’re currently on the hunt for a spirited Trade Marketing Manager to play a critical role in shaping the future of our business in North America. This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of our commercial team, partnering closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, distributors, customers, and external partners to bring our brand to life where it matters most: at the point of purchase and consumption.

About The Role

You'll lead the development and execution of trade marketing programs across Independent Retail, National Chains, and On-Premise channels, helping to increase visibility, drive trial, accelerate velocity, and grow market share.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Building and executing trade and customer marketing programs that drive distribution, display, trial, and sales growth.
  • Creating compelling sell-in materials, customer presentations, POS assets, and activation toolkits.
  • Partnering with Sales to support key accounts, distributor initiatives, trade shows, customer meetings, and market activations.
  • Leading national, regional, and account-specific programs that turn strategy into execution.
  • Managing POS production, fulfillment, and distribution to ensure flawless in-market delivery.
  • Tracking performance, measuring ROI, and turning insights into action.
  • Identifying category, shopper, and competitive trends to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Becoming a trusted commercial partner across the North American business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution and wants to make a genuine impact in a fast-growing challenger brand.

About You

You're commercially minded, highly organized, and know how to build programs that customers love and sales teams want to use. You understand how brands win in-store, on-premise, and through distributor networks. You enjoy working cross-functionally, moving quickly, and turning ideas into results. You'll likely bring:

  • 4+ years' experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Commercial Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience within beverage, alcohol, non-alcoholic beverage, CPG, food & beverage, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong understanding of retail, chain, distributor, and/or on-premise channels.
  • Experience developing customer-facing programs, POS materials, promotions, and activation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance and optimize investment.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality and the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to stay close to customers and opportunities

Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to join a growing company and help shape the future of an emerging category.
