Senior Graphic Designer – Remote

Role Summary

We’re looking for a highly creative and independent Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of visually compelling, platform-specific content that drives engagement and elevates our luxury home decor brand. This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals, a portfolio that demonstrates innovation, and hands-on experience crafting content across multiple social platforms and digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding

• Design captivating visuals for Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital channels, tailored to platform-specific needs.
• Create website banners, product pages, email marketing templates, newsletters, and product packaging to support e-commerce performance.
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing visual innovation and storytelling.
• Develop brand-aligned catalogues, guides, and visual assets that highlight product benefits and elevate customer experience.

UX/UI & SOP Design

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design user-friendly SOPs, manuals, and instructional visuals.
• Experience in Figma or similar tools to support basic web layout design and digital prototyping is a plus.

Content Innovation & Strategy

• Stay updated on design trends and implement ideas that keep Lyfe Hardware’s branding modern, high-end, and visually distinct.
• Drive visual experimentation and introduce fresh design concepts regularly.

Collaboration & Independence

• Work independently and take full ownership of design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Accept and iterate on feedback quickly while balancing creative judgment and business goals.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the e-commerce or lifestyle/home decor sector.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Demonstrated success in designing content for diverse social media platforms and marketing funnels.
• Experience designing catalogues, SOPs, and ecommerce product visuals.
• Bonus: Experience with Figma, Slack, Asana, or Zapier.
• Strong portfolio that showcases creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
