Lyfe Hardware is a fast-growing US-based ecommerce brand in the home improvement and architectural hardware space. We're scaling across Shopify, Amazon, and major marketplaces—and we need someone who's lived the ecommerce life to bring structure, speed, and strategic execution to our operations.
What We're Really Looking For
You've walked the path. You've managed ecommerce businesses, coordinated marketing campaigns, dealt with Amazon listing issues at 2am, and know what breaks when you scale. You don't just manage projects—you understand the business.
This isn't a "run meetings and update trackers" role. You'll work directly with founders to own execution, bring order to chaos, and use tech/AI to create leverage wherever possible.
The Role
You'll be the operational backbone that turns strategy into reality across our ecommerce, marketing, catalogue, and product teams.

What You'll Actually Do
🎯 Own End-to-End Project Execution
- Lead cross-functional projects from idea to launch across ecommerce channels, marketing campaigns, product launches, and catalogue management
- Define what needs to happen, by when, and by whom—then make sure it actually happens
- Break down founder vision into executable roadmaps with clear milestones and accountability
- Unblock teams in real-time and keep things moving fast
📱 Marketing Team Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with marketing team on campaign planning, creative workflows, and launch coordination
- Understand marketing fundamentals (CAC, ROAS, funnel optimization) enough to have intelligent conversations and catch issues early
- Coordinate between creative, copywriting, paid ads, email, and content teams
- Manage marketing project timelines from brief to execution to measurement
- Bridge the gap between marketing goals and operational reality
🏗️ Build Structure (Without Bureaucracy)
- Create simple, effective project frameworks and SOPs that actually get used
- Set up tracking systems that give founders visibility without drowning them in reports
- Establish rituals (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) that drive results, not just meetings
- Document processes as you go so knowledge doesn't live in your head
⚡ Leverage Technology & Automation
- Manage projects through tools like Asana
- Spot repetitive work and automate it (Zapier, Make, AI tools, n8n)
- Stay current on AI/automation trends and test what could give us an edge
- Push the team toward tech-enabled efficiency
🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate across ecommerce, marketing, catalogue, creative, and support teams
- Translate business priorities into clear action plans with owners
- Run productive meetings that end with decisions and next steps
- Manage internal team members, contractors, and agency partners

- Anticipate risks before they become problems
- Ensure projects ship on time, within scope, and actually move the business forward
- Provide weekly updates to founders with real insight, not just status reports
- Own outcomes, not just outputs

- You've taken ownership of 3-5 active initiatives and brought clarity to what was chaos
- Marketing team projects are running smoother with clear workflows and timelines
- Founders have visibility into what's happening without having to ask
- You've implemented 2-3 automations that save the team hours every week
- The team actually uses the systems you've built
You're a Great Fit If You Have
Must-Haves ✅
- 8-12 years working in ecommerce or digital businesses (agency, brand, or marketplace side)
- Direct experience managing ecommerce operations on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Wayfair, or Walmart
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and campaign execution (you've coordinated marketing teams or projects before)
- Startup or high-growth company experience where you wore multiple hats and figured things out
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana strongly preferred)
- Track record of getting things done in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience managing remote teams across time zones
- Tech-savvy mindset - comfortable with new tools and AI/automation
Bonus Points 🌟
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Experience working directly with founders or C-suite
- Background in catalogue management, product launches, or creative operations
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, n8n)
- Knowledge of SEO, marketplaces, or ecommerce analytics
