🔍 The Role

As a Lead FIX Java Developer, you’ll design and develop the connectivity engine for a real-time trading system, triage production issues, and ensure high-performance, defect-free code delivery under tight deadlines. You’ll be a key contributor to a global, interactive trading platform used by leading financial institutions.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the FIX connectivity engine
• Triage and resolve critical production issues in real-time
• Provide rapid response during trading system incidents
• Build and maintain a global, real-time interactive trading system
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on infrastructure, tech stacks, and dependencies
• Maintain project documentation (Jira, Confluence, GitHub)
• Communicate with clients on performance, delivery SLAs, and resource planning
