Project Description:

We are looking for a Graphic /Presentation Designer to join our Solution enablement team in Global Solution organization.

You will play a key role in shaping client-facing decks and brochures, success stories, email digests, solutioning materials, social media content, and others.

Our team works with a large portfolio of international clients across various industries, such as Consumer & Retail, Telecom, Networks, Media, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, and Healthcare. We offer a friendly, collaborative environment within a multinational, cross-location team — and the ability to work fully remotely.

Responsibilities:

Presentation & Visual Design

1. Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, executive decks, sales pitches, and value propositions for client opportunities.

2. Transform complex technical content into clear, engaging, visually structured slides.

3. Develop visual storytelling flows to support RFI/RFP responses, solution narratives, and client workshops.

4. Ensure brand alignment with the Company's visual identity and maintain consistency across all materials.

5. Prepare design templates, icons, diagrams, and infographics to support presales and solutioning teams.

6. Create or refine visual mockups, process charts, roadmaps, and capability overviews.

7. Support preparation of client presentation materials during bid submissions and renewal cycles.

8. Adapt complex information into high-impact, clean visual structures for executive audiences.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Strong PowerPoint design and storytelling skills

- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or other design tools

- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and consistency

• Strong communication and collaboration with teams

• Flexibility with revisions and ability to handle urgent tasks with less than 24-hour deadlines.

• Experience in using AI tools for generating ideas, text, and visuals.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (Design, Communications, IT, Engineering, or similar)

• At least 2-3 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, marketing, presales, or related fields

• Strong expertise with PowerPoint; good working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, Jira

• A proven portfolio of past projects is mandatory

• Ability to understand and visualize IT concepts (cloud, data, digital transformation, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

Experience in short movie creation for social media

Understanding of presales, solutioning, or proposal structures

Experience in UX/UI, CSS

Experience in a technology or consulting environment
