Applications are invited for the position of Front-End Software Engineer working for the one of Luxoft clients as part of a telecom test solution engineering team.

The successful candidate will work as a key member of the a telecom test solution Engineering team. We are working on a fully virtualized (on multiple hypervisors), highly scalable application for testing multi-service IP networks. It determines the key quality and performance limitations associated with the deployment of next generation voice, video and data applications and helps the world's largest companies develop and deploy associated services with confidence.

The role will suit experienced Scrum Masters willing to help a distributed engineering team in its quest to work effectively and efficiently in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate should truly believe in the Agile principles and be able to leverage them to allow the team deliver product improvements in an organised and practical fashion.

Responsibilities:

• Full participation in the development life cycle for new features, from specification writing, to design, implementation and testing, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

• Delivering new features to the product from design through to development and testing, prototyping where necessary.

• Ensuring the product's Quality and Performance based on automated tests integrated within a Continuous Integration system.

• Finding and alleviating architectural bottlenecks, providing solutions that truly help our customers achieving the same.

• Exposing our product's features and capabilities through a configuration and management interface that is truly useful for the customer.

• Making our solution smarter, easier to integrate, and more able to diagnose issues and provide insightful and practical tips to our customers.

• Working effectively with the Test & Verification team to resolve issues.

Mandatory Skills Description:

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (5+ years), HTML5, CSS3;

- Good understanding of OOP JS, Ajax and software design patterns;

- Good understanding of responsive design approach;

- Strong knowledge of Single Page Applications (3+ years) over REST;

- Good knowledge of modern Angular (e.g. v14+) technology for project migration and new features development;

- Good experience with data streaming in front-end which implies async programming - we will consider any similar technology such as WebSockets, gRPC, RX/JS ; use of charting libraries such as HighCharts, AmChart or similar.
