As we grow, we’re searching for a talented Marketing Manager to take the lead on driving traffic, managing campaigns, and elevating our brand presence.
This is a full time remote role
🗒️ Responsibilities
- Ads and Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and performance.
- Event Marketing: Develop promotional strategies for brand events, including partnerships, booth presence, and attendee engagement plans.
- Ensure seamless execution of marketing deliverables for Essence Festival and Atlanta Summer Festival.
- Influencer and Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Oversee the influencer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
- Monitor and manage the influencer/campaign budget to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- SEO Leadership: Plan and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink building.
- Monitor website analytics and refine strategies for organic growth.
- Marketing Calendar: Launch campaigns for Luxe Tribes’ 2026 calendar, creating excitement and driving early bookings.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
💪 Requirements
- Experience:4+ years in marketing, with a focus on digital advertising, SEO, and campaign management.
- Proven success in driving measurable growth in a data-driven environment.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury industries is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of PPC, social media ads, and influencer marketing.
- Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and platforms like Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
