Overview

Position Description

LUNGevity Foundation is seeking a Graphic Designer to help shape and maintain the organization’s visual identity across digital, print, and event materials. This role will create and maintain compelling, brand-consistent designs for social media, events (signage, invitations, etc.), marketing and organizational collateral, and video content. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This is a remote position within the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand-consistent visual designs across multiple channels, including social media, digital marketing, print, and events
  • Produce graphics for social media and digital channels
  • Design event signage, collateral, print materials, and digital assets using best practices for each channel
  • Produce and edit videos for social media and website use
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and other stakeholders to create cohesive visual storytelling across platforms
  • Develop creative concepts and design implementation for small and large-scale organizational projects
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate with marketing team members and throughout the organization to ensure clarity and present creative solutions
  • Present creative concepts to team members within the organization and externally as needed
  • Stay up to date on design best practices for social media and print
  • Additional tasks as needed to support the Foundation’s mission.

Skills

  • Demonstrated success and highly skilled utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.
  • Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail, including editing and proofreading skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in a remote working environment
  • Effective project management skills (must thrive in a fast-paced environment!)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or other related field
  • 4-6 years of graphic design (digital and print) experience
  • Demonstrated success and highly skilled utilizing design software, including In-Design, Illustrator and Photoshop Creativity to create ideas through text and image
  • Experience with nonprofit organizations highly preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside in the United States.

$60-$65K annually
