Position Summary:
LUNGevity Foundation is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This role supports the organization’s mission by executing digital marketing efforts and managing various digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a logical thinker with strong technical and creative skills and a passion for making an impact.
This is a remote position. Must be a U.S. citizen and reside in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing Execution
- Work with appropriate staff members to collect written and visual content for emails.
- Write email content as needed.
- Design, build, and send Foundation emails such as the monthly e-newsletter and marketing emails using the organization's email marketing platform, adhering to best practices for design, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and automated campaigns.
- Track and analyze email marketing performance to improve engagement rates.
- Manage the organization-wide email marketing calendar, ensuring timely and consistent communication.
Digital Platform Implementation
- Create and manage fundraiser pages and participant events on a digital fundraising platform (DonorDrive) to support fundraising initiatives.
- Manage the online Foundation calendar
- Build and manage the front end of websites for special events on various event platforms.
- Manage the organization’s digital asset management system (Canto), including keeping content organized, facilitating its use throughout the organization, and managing access within and outside the organization.
- Use Salesforce to create contact lists for email marketing purposes and other Marketing and Communications needs.
Content Review
- Conduct quality assurance reviews across digital content produced by the Marketing and Communications (MARCOM) team.
Will be expected to take on additional tasks as needed to support the Foundation’s mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a professional setting.
- Professional experience with digital tools and platforms, such as Salesforce, Donor Drive, and email platforms (Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and technically savvy to learn and work with new platforms and tools
- Must be a U.S. citizen and reside in the U.S.
Required Skills:
- Ability to identify logistical needs and plan process steps to bring projects to completion.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working remotely.
- Detail oriented and meticulous.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic cross-functional team that collaborates with departments across the Foundation.

Salary
$60,000 - $65,000 Annually, depending on qualifications.
