UI/User Experience Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative User Experience Designer to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into compelling user interfaces, leveraging a deep understanding of UX principles, design patterns, and data-driven insights. The User Experience Designer will play a key role in shaping the overall user journey, ensuring usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal in all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or InVision.
• Design responsive web layouts that enhance usability across various devices including mobile devices and desktops.
• Create information architecture, user flows, and layout designs that facilitate seamless navigation and interaction.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design implementation aligns with technical specifications utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
• Apply design thinking methodologies to develop innovative solutions for complex product challenges.
• Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and user acceptance testing to validate design effectiveness.
• Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and web analytics platforms to gather insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain consistency in visual design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Zeplin, or similar tools.
• Stay current with industry trends in UX/UI design, accessibility standards (Web Accessibility), and emerging technologies such as AWS or Unity for immersive experiences.
• Support product development teams by translating business requirements into engaging user interfaces that meet technical constraints and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications within an Agile environment.
• Strong proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, and RESTful APIs.
• Extensive experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Axure RP, InVision, Zeplin.
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes related to digital product development.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with design patterns, information architecture, interaction design principles, and responsive web design practices.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing effectively using tools like Qualtrics or UserTesting platforms.
• Experience working on e-commerce platforms or digital products is a plus.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable design improvements.
