What You’ll Do
As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you will own and execute the go-to-market strategy to grow LuminaData’s footprint among finance professionals in SMBs and mid-market companies. You’ll drive awareness, demand generation, and customer education through strategic campaigns, content, and channel marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads (email, webinars, paid social, partnerships).
- Content Marketing: Develop high-impact content (case studies, blogs, whitepapers, customer success stories) that speaks to the needs of accounting and finance professionals.
- SEO & Website Management: Improve organic traffic and manage conversion-focused landing pages.
- Event & Community Engagement: Coordinate LuminaData’s presence in industry events, online communities, and partnership webinars.
- Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with the product team to craft messaging, positioning, and launch plans for new features and updates.
- Metrics & Reporting: Own marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and report learnings to the founding team.
- Customer Persona Research: Continuously refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) by working closely with sales and customer success teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
- Proven track record of running successful demand generation campaigns.
- Excellent storytelling and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel).
- Creative, data-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bonus: experience marketing to finance and accounting personas.
