We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments and can design, build, and operationalize AI applications from concept to production.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML applications using Azure-native tools (Databricks, Delta Lake, Event Hubs, CosmosDB, Azure ML Studio).
- Develop and operationalize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, vector database integrations, and feature pipelines to support LLM-powered applications.
- Partner with engineering, product, and field teams to turn 20+ years of proprietary data into scalable AI solutions and commercial products.
- Build streaming and batch pipelines for real-time and historical data analysis, ensuring data quality, observability, and cost efficiency.
- Prototype, test, and iterate quickly, delivering proof-of-concepts and scaling successful solutions into production systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture.
- Translate complex technical work into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Contribute to building AI best practices across the organization, especially around automation, vector mapping, and data modeling.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or related field, including production deployment of AI/ML solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in API development and integration.
- Deep experience with Azure-native environments, Databricks, Delta Lake, Event Hubs, and related data tools.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, FAISS, Pinecone) and frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end ML solutions, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
- Experience mentoring or leading teams in technical delivery.
