Job Summary

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to own visual storytelling across Luma's digital, social, and in-clinic touchpoints. You'll shape how patients first experience Luma — from a social post explaining egg freezing to a standee in the clinic waiting room — so strong visual instincts and sensitivity to the emotional nature of fertility care both matter here.

Key Responsibilities

Print & In-Clinic Design

• Design brochures (bi-fold, tri-fold, catalogues)
• Create flyers and pamphlets for campaigns and events
• Develop posters and standees

Social Media & Digital Content

• Create YouTube thumbnails and performance marketing ad creatives
• Support content for the Luma app and website as needed

Tools & Software

• Figma, Canva

Skills & Competencies

• Strong grasp of design fundamentals — layout, typography, color theory
• Sharp visual storytelling instincts and an eye for aesthetics
• Understanding of marketing and content requirements across formats
• Comfort using AI tools to generate and adapt creatives quickly
• High attention to detail and reliable under deadlines
• Sensitivity to the emotional nature of fertility care — visuals should feel warm, clear, and reassuring, never clinical or cold

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design
• Mandatory: portfolio link (Behance or personal website) with the application
