As a Data Scientist, you will turn complex data into impactful insights through statistical analysis, machine learning models, and experimental design. Your work will inform key decisions across product, marketing, and operations—helping us uncover player behavior, improve retention, and scale smartly.
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Build and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, classification, and recommendation use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of product or process changes.
- Create clear dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and pipeline reliability.
- Maintain thorough documentation of code, models, methodologies, and assumptions.
- Stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data science.
⚡ All you need is…
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar analytical role, with strong command of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R for data analysis and building predictive models.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle BI, and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid grasp of experimental design and a structured approach to validating data-driven decisions.
- Working knowledge of version control tools like Git and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with streaming data tools like Apache Kafka or Spark Streaming.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and reproducible workflows.
- Experience with distributed systems and working with large-scale datasets.
- Proficiency with Oracle BI for dashboards and reporting.
- Comfort using Jira for task and project tracking.
