Location: Fully Remote - if local to the area can come onsite to Silicon Valley

Schedule: M-F, 40 HR

Salary: $35.84 /hourlyCandidates with previous experience working at Microsoft Corporation, either as a full-time employee (FTE) or contractor, are strongly preferred.

Summary

The purpose of this team is in charge of AI monetization creating internal comms material.

Key projects: This role will contribute to creating charts, graphics, and Powerpoints for specific requests/projects coming in from CVP/EVP level team.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 25% meeting/assignment intake, 25% working on edits, and 50% storytelling and deck creation.

Candidate Requirements

Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.

Degrees or certifications required: Associate's degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required. Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred.

Disqualifiers: Candidates with only experience as a freelancer and are freelancing on the side will not be eligible for the role.

Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain someone that can help with deck creation, infographics, chart and brand design. Powerpoint skills are a must have.

Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and storytelling chops and feedback from the team.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years experience with Figma.
• Minimum 5+ years experience with Powerpoint/Deck creation.
• Minimum 5+ years experience with adobe photoshop and illustrator.
