Typical Day in the Role

Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is act as orchestrators for NPI programs. team focuses specifically on new product introductions for cloud server rack hardware - this person will primarily be going to be focusing on the compute and storage space

Key projects: This role will focus on working on AI GPU and contribute to working all across CSCP, along with partner organizations, such as hardware Engineering, business units, data operations, etc. For a number of items, whether it be tracking deployment metrics, ensuring that deployments are ready, working with other stakeholders to communicate dates across different systems. It'll be somewhat tactical or operational

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 60-70% of meetings and 30-40% of tactical ad hoc tasks in the beginning, and 70% of executing of tasks and 30% of meetings later on. Although program management & data analytics is useful as a secondary experience, the primary need is understanding of supply chain concepts.

Candidate Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: at least 5 overall years of experience in the field.
• Previous MSFT experience nice, not necessary.
• Degrees or certifications required: bachelor's degree in engineering and supply chain related degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• Disqualifiers: Candidates with job hopping will not be eligible for the role.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate would be someone with a lot of initiative and show almost a process improvement type mindset. Cloud server experience would be great. Sig Sigma Certification would be great. A resume that contains quantifiable impact in previous roles. Experience using SQL.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

• Minimum 2+ years experience with Excel, PowerPoint,etc .
• Minimum 2+ years experience with dashboards, like Tableau Power BI
• Extremely good communication skills, and in building relationship
