The Role

Are you passionate about turning complex challenges into elegant design solutions? As a UI/UX Designer at Lucanet, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the future of our TAX product lines. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Business Analysts, and fellow Designers to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences that make a real difference for our customers. What you'll do

Create functional and visually appealing features that address customer needs
Collaborate with two product teams and the Product Design Lead to shape processes and hypotheses
Drive cohesion across products and improve how Product Design impacts Lucanet
Translate stakeholder input into actionable design solutions
Structure and document your designs in Figma

What you bring to the table

Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role
Ability to simplify complex products and define clear priorities
Strong stakeholder management and execution skills
Experience supporting complex projects and working with development teams
Proficiency in Figma and design documentation
