The Role
As a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong UI focus, you will contribute to the development of multiple Lucanet products, while helping the Product Design team identify and visualize customer needs. You'll play a key role across the entire design process, from shaping early product ideas and defining user flows to crafting intuitive micro-interactions and delivering polished, high-quality UI. Whether you're iterating on a micro-interaction or building out full user flows, you’ll help shape polished, production-ready interfaces. You’ll prototype to explore ideas and communicate design intent, ensuring your solutions are visually refined, functionally sound, and scalable.

What you'll do
- Design clear, accessible, and visually refined user interfaces ensuring UI details are intentional, consistent, and aligned with the product’s purpose.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate ideas based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain our Design System, ensuring consistency and usability, as well as Designing with awareness of how frontend technologies work.
- You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other UI/UX designers to build features based on input from customers and the team.
- Influence the product experience through thoughtful surface-level design that supports functionality.
What you bring to the table
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UI/UX design or a related field, with a bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, HCI, or similar.
- Strong eye for visual detail, clarity, hierarchy, and usability.
- Proven experience building or managing a Design System.
- You can drive ideas and take them to execution, using the team around you to make things happen.
- You understand that great UI doesn’t stand alone; your decisions are shaped by users, technical realities, and the business.
- You embrace that complexity with curiosity, clarity and as a team player.
- While we don’t expect you to write code, familiarity with Angular is a big plus
