The Role
As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager (all genders), you shape our marketing ecosystem using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. You integrate marketing activities with business strategies ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration. You guide marketing operations with best practices in email marketing processes. You ensure CRM data is healthy and improves performance. You provide operational support and handle program execution effectively.
What you'll do
- CRM and MAP Management: Oversee CRM and MAP utilization, ensuring processes and data remain efficient and healthy.
- Martech Tools Management: Manage martech tools like 6Sense and Drift to maintain an efficient end-to-end process loop.
- External Resource Guidance: Provide guidance to external resources for improving data health, email strategy, and supervise processes.
- Email Strategy Optimization: Optimize email and nurture strategies through data insights and automation creation.
- Campaign and Analytics Creation: Develop campaigns, reports, and dashboards within Salesforce and BI tools.
- Data and Process Auditing: Audit data and processes to ensure database hygiene and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Leads, Rev Ops, and Sales Ops to drive strategic initiatives.
What you bring to the table
- Solid B2B and SaaS marketing operations experience, understanding marketing functions like email, campaigns, etc.
- Recent experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is required.
- Experience with a wide array of martech, including enrichment and AI-powered tools.
- Exceptional data analysis skills for extracting actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
