We are seeking an experienced Social Marketing Operations Engineer to support a leading global technology client. This role sits at the intersection of social media operations, marketing technology, analytics, and digital engagement, helping scale and optimize social marketing programs across multiple global platforms.
Please note: This role supports Pacific Time (US West Coast) working hours.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in managing enterprise-scale social media operations, supporting content amplification strategies across channels with large global audiences, optimizing marketing workflows, and driving data-informed improvements to campaign performance.
Working closely with content creators, marketers, community managers, and technology teams, you will help ensure social campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media content and workflows using Sprinklr and related marketing technology platforms.
- Support content publishing, governance, tagging, approvals, and amplification across social channels.
- Develop and maintain social media operational best practices and platform governance standards.
- Manage metadata tagging strategies and support integrations between CMS and social publishing platforms.
- Collaborate with global marketing, creative, content, and customer engagement teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using Sprinklr Analytics, Power BI, and related tools.
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Support A/B testing, social listening, community engagement, and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and new digital engagement opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise social media management or digital marketing operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sprinklr or similar enterprise social media management platforms.
- Experience managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of social media content strategy, governance, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Experience producing analytics, reporting, and actionable performance insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Desirable
- Experience with Adobe Workfront, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
- Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, or chatbot technologies.
- Understanding of API integrations, marketing technology ecosystems, and digital analytics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Experience supporting paid social campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.
