Position: AS 400 Developer

Experience : 5-8 Years

Job Description:

Design develop and maintain applications using ASPNET Classic ASP and SQL Server

Should be good in writing SQL queries

Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges

Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user guides

Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables

Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and software development

Should be good in understanding the existing system and its functionalities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY

Reinsurance domain knowledge

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Identifies manages and escalates issues and risks as appropriate

Good written and oral communication skills an ability to present concise reports and recommendations

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced dynamic environment

Proven leadership skills to guide and support the development team
